Fork Buys Major Stake in Audience Data Firm Inuxu

Mumbai-based ad tech firm Fork Media has acquired a 51 percent stake in Inuxu Digital Media Technologies, the creator of the 'Adgebra' behavioural data-based cross-device targeting system. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fork says the investment and integration will allow it to offer 'strong data led solutions' across an audience of more than 50 million monthly unique visitors.

Inuxu's existing management team will remain in place, and the firm will continue to operate with Fork providing growth capital, technology, infrastructure and sales support. Inuxu founder and CEO Rohit Bagad says that together, the two firms will be able to reach those 50 million users by serving more than four billion impressions per month, offering 'unmatched reach and user engagement' for brands.

Fork founder and CEO Samar Verma adds: 'This investment allows us to continue to develop our technology and offer our clients a platform which is customized to their requirements.
