Vision Critical in ANZ Financial Services Partnership
Online community specialist Vision Critical has partnered with business intelligence and digital media provider RFi Group, to service the financial services sector in Australia and New Zealand.
RFi focuses exclusively on financial services clients, supplying them with data and information gathering, customer based insight generation and business decision support. The firm will serve as a value-added reseller for Vision Critical, delivering insight communities composed of clients' customers, partners and employees and powered by the latter's Sparq platform.
Peter Harris, Vision Critical's EVP and MD - Asia Pacific says the deal 'will further enable and empower financial services providers in Australia to lead with customer-first intelligence, so they can disrupt the market early and innovate rapidly to stay competitive in the 'Age of the Customer''. Charles Green, RFi Group Founder & Group CEO says the tie-up will help his company 'continue to add value to the decision-making processes across the financial services industry', with the rapid adoption of digital banking and the emergence of fintechs.
