Confirmit Launches Mobile Survey App AskMe

Research software company Confirmit has launched a mobile survey app called AskMe, to capture multimedia and text-based feedback, including where respondents are temporarily unable to get an Internet connection.

Terry LawlorThe firm says AskMe can be used for any type of feedback programme and by any respondent, including those with limited connectivity or those who need to complete surveys over a period of time. Multimedia feedback can be captured and stored off-line, and then synchronised when connectivity improves, helping with the capture of feedback on the move.

Terry Lawlor (pictured), EVP Product Management, comments: 'Confirmit AskMe delivers even greater opportunities for insight, whether you are running a VoC (voice of the customer) programme that requires in-store off-line surveys, a VoE (voice of the employee) survey that employees can complete in any location, perhaps during breaks or on their journey to work, or a market research study requiring respondents to access surveys multiple times, on the move, or from remote locations'.
