Cash Boost for C-4 Analytics
In the US, digital marketing firm C-4 Analytics has received an undisclosed amount of financing from Boston-based BV Investment Partners, which it will use to expand its tech platform and services.
 Headquartered in Saugus, MA, C-4 uses analytics to identify and track customer acquisition channels and the related costs, so that clients can determine which marketing streams are most profitable. Its portfolio includes paid search marketing, behavioral targeting, display advertising, search engine optimization and social media marketing.
BV will invest capital in exchange for a minority ownership stake in C-4 Analytics, while company founders Michael Weiss and Justin Cook will maintain a majority interest, and will continue day-to-day management.
Commenting on the new arrangement, Weiss and Cook said: 'We got here by focusing on the unique needs of each of our clients, and the partnership with BV will help us to deliver an even higher level of service, BV brings the benefit of significant industry experience, a global network and long-term capital to help us expand on the success of our world-class Technology Enabled Sales and Marketing Insights (TESMI) platform'.
