Zitter to Track Pharma Manufacturer Interactions

In the US, life science intelligence firm Zitter Health Insights is to provide real-time monitoring of pharmaceutical manufacturer interactions with decision-makers at integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

An IDN is a group of organizations under a parent holding company, which provides both healthcare services and health insurance plans to patients in a particular geographical area. Zitter's new syndicated IDN Message Monitor Service collects data on the content of discussions, along with the IDN decision-maker's perception of the value of the interaction, and actions planned as a result of each meeting. The firm says that in addition to tracking and evaluating their own meeting effectiveness, manufacturers can use the new service to evaluate competitor messaging and meetings.

According to VP of Innovation Yvonne Brill (pictured): 'For many manufacturers, calling on IDN decision-makers is new and the feedback provided by the new service is invaluable in moving manufacturers up the learning curve quickly'.
