IOVOX Gets Funds to Build Full Call Analytics System
IOVOX, a UK-based specialist in call analytics software, has secured $10m in Series A funding, for use in US expansion and to widen its product offering beyond inbound marketing to the full range of calls taken and made by client companies.
Co-founded by Ryan and Belinda Gallagher in 2007, the firm helps large companies in thirty countries to take advantage of actionable data from business calls. The new funding round, led by Octopus Ventures, SF Capital and Silicon Valley Bank, will develop the system to sync, store, organise and search clients' call data across all devices.
