Walker Information Releases CX TrackIt Tool

In the US, customer experience (CX) consulting firm Walker Information has launched a collaboration platform called Walker TrackIt, to help CX professionals manage issues that affect their customer base.

The firm, which is led by CEO Steven Walker (pictured), uses predictive and advanced analytics, custom consulting and other approaches to support clients' customer retention and growth. The new TrackIt tool helps cross-functional teams establish ownership of issues, document activity, track progress, communicate updates, and monitor success measures.
