Vision Critical Launches Secure Sharing Platform

Online community pioneer Vision Critical has released Sparq Share, which gives users of its Sparq customer intelligence platform 'a private and secure workspace' for distributing customer insight to stakeholders and external partners.

Sparq Share builds on software launched last year and provides a central repository for insights arising from community activities. The upgrade allows stakeholders within the organization who are not running the communities access to the analytics, any time from 'any device'. Users can now control access by means of passwords and those following a Story receive email updates when it is updated. Both users and administrators can leave feedback and comments, and can annotate Stories with observations or questions. Findings from previous research can also be simply brought back into current discussions.
