Bluecore Debuts Segmentation Tool

In the US, behavioral and product data specialist Bluecore has launched a tool called Audience Insights, to help eCommerce marketers understand how customers are likely to react to future marketing campaigns.

The new Audience Insights solution provides access to a dashboard through which users can visualize how a specific audience segment is predicted to engage with a promotional or marketing campaign. Using the tool, marketers and their digital and customer retention teams can observe trends and opportunities within specific consumer audiences; made possible through a patent-pending integration technology that ingests both customer and catalog data to deliver retail-specific insights. In addition, the tool can be used to highlight how the most valuable customer segments are performing relative to other customer groups.

Specific uses include valuing a particular audience segment; analysing how that audience is engaging with products or with a site; and identifying the most interesting customers.
