Accenture Buys Customer Strategy Firm Brand Learning

Strategy and consulting firm Accenture has acquired marketing and sales capability consultancy Brand Learning, for an undisclosed sum.

Brand Learning, headquartered in London and with regional offices in New York and Singapore, employs around 120 people and helps clients with customer strategies and vision, new operating models, cultural change and learning programs. Accenture says the buy enhances it ability to drive end-to-end marketing and sales transformation for clients, and will link with the digital design and engagement capabilities of Accenture Interactive.

Brand Learning's 'diverse' team, including a majority-female operating board led by Executive President and co-founder Mhairi McEwan, will now be combined with Accenture's Customer and Channels consultants. 'Being part of Accenture' says McEwan, 'will allow our clients to benefit from a seamless service, building their marketing and sales capabilities to create the outstanding and connected customer experiences needed to drive growth'.
