Cint Names Thornton COO, Carlsson Innovation Chief

Cint has relocated Deputy CEO Richard Thornton from San Francisco back to London, taking the new role of Chief Operating Officer; while Oscar Carlsson has been appointed Chief Innovation Officer, based in San Francisco. Greg Dunbar and James Rogers are also promoted to new EVP roles.

Dunbar becomes Executive Vice President, leading the company's EMEA presence; and Rogers Executive Vice President in APAC. They join Jake Wolff, regional EVP of the Americas.

Thornton joined Cint in 2009 as UK MD, having previously worked at Ciao Surveys as MD for Sales, and begun his career as a Research Analyst at research and marketing consultancy CAP Ventures. He relocated to San Francisco a year ago to head up the office and build the team. As COO, Thornton will implement all business operations and ensure each region works towards the same unified strategy.

Carlsson has been with the company since 2000, most recently as Global VP Product, managing and developing Cint's product portfolio from its offices in Stockholm. In the newly created position of Chief Innovation Officer, he will relocate to San Francisco, from where he will help formalize and encourage innovation across the business.
