Userlytics Launches Multilingual Usability Testing

US firm Userlytics has launched a multilingual remote user testing service, allowing for native language online usability testing in 'any' country.

Alejandro Rivas-MicoudHeadquartered in San Mateo, California, with a European subsidiary in Madrid, Spain, Userlytics uses webcams, social networks and demographic targeting to help agencies test how end-users are responding to their online and off-line initiatives. Building on its picture-in-picture (PiP) qual and quant online user testing service, the new capability enables the delivery of the UX test script in the local language, including the landing page and the user interface (UI), or alternatively, providing international usability testing participants who can provide user experience feedback in English.
