Neustar and JD Power Link for Automotive Targeting

In the US, consumer data provider Neustar has partnered with auto research specialist JD Power to develop an advanced automotive audience solution for use in targeted marketing campaigns.

'one chance every four years...'Neustar currently provides access to more than 20,000 audiences via its AdAdvisor Audiences solution; while JD Power collects real-time automotive data from more than 14,000 dealerships, and receives over one billion purchase data points including information on incentive buyers, finance method, decision makers and leasing terms. As part of the new service, these assets will be combined to help brands and agencies deliver personalized messages to automotive consumers and prospects across off-line and online channels, including mobile, OTT and addressable TV.

Bernardo Rodriguez, Chief Digital Officer at JD Power, says combining Neustar's offer with audience seeds from the 'Power Information Network' gives advertisers a way to build audience segments without any data gaps and extra cost. Julie Fleischer, Neustar's VP, Marketing Solutions, adds: 'By partnering with JD Power, we are setting a new standard for what actionable, verified, fresh automotive audiences should look like. When you only get one chance at selling to a customer every four or more years, you shouldn't have to rely on trial and error to identify and serve your target. Better data sells more cars'.
