Circle Hires Boote to Drive Global Growth

B2B research specialist Circle Research has hired Amanda Boote for the newly created role of Engagement Director, including responsibility for driving global growth and client relationships.

Amanda BooteCircle is based in London, was founded in 2006 by former BPRI executives Andrew Dalglish and Beth Pearson, and has been part of the Next 15 Group PLC since July this year.

Boote joined Big Sofa last August as Global Head of Marketing and Business Development, having previously worked as Director of Sales & Marketing at tech consultancy Data Liberation; and held European Bus Dev Director roles at Infotools and Vision Critical. Before this she worked at two of the biggest global agencies: as EVP Global Accounts and Unilever Global Account Director at GfK, and Key Account and New Business Development Director at Synovate. Earlier in her career, she worked client-side in senior MR roles at Warner Home Video, Leatherhead Food, Findus, Unilever, Premier Foods and Avon Cosmetics. She began her career as a graduate trainee with Smith & Nephew.

Dalglish says the appointment 'signals an exciting time for Circle as we're not only growing our European client base but are also working increasingly on the global stage and across a plethora of B2B verticals. Her considerable knowledge and experience as well as her excellent track record and insight will be key for Amanda as she supports the future business development and strategic direction of Circle'.
