Infotools Rolls Out Harmoni MR Analysis Software

New Zealand-based MR software provider Infotools has launched a cloud-based platform called Harmoni, which uses machine learning and automation to streamline and improve researchers' analysis of data.

Ant FranklinInfotools has its HQ in Auckland and offices in the US, Argentina, Australia, the UK and South Africa. The firm focuses on converting marketing research data into a 'knowledge bank', through which clients can investigate, visualise and create stories. The new Harmoni solution integrates data from multiple sources and promises users they will spend less time preparing data, and more time generating insights from that data. Harmoni learns preferences, naming conventions, data structures and more, and applies these to existing and new data sets through its machine learning capabilities. Real-time insights can be shared through visualizations and analysis, and these can be updated when new data is available.

CEO Ant Franklin (pictured) comments: 'More than four years of intensive development by actual market researchers and millions of dollars has gone into the creation of Infotools Harmoni. We believe it gets to the heart of market research analysis in a way that hasn't been achieved before in our industry'.
