Target Data Names VP of Digital Strategy

In Chicago, people-based marketing services firm Target Data has appointed Joseph Lavan as Vice President of Digital Strategy, leading the activation of client data in real-time.

Joseph LavanTarget Data's platform merges clients' first-party data with third-party household data to help them understand who their most valuable customers are. He will be strategically enhancing Target Data's digital execution capabilities, so we can continue to deliver the very best people-based targeted marketing programs across all forms of digital media'.
