Dub Adds Diary Tool to IdeaStream Platform

UK-based online qual software and services provider Dub has added a Diary feature to its IdeaStream platform, allowing users to build an activity in the same way they would a survey, but with answers to the same questions submitted on different days.

New diary tool from DubDub says its users look to understand user habits in a typical week (or longer) relating to a research subject, and ask them to keep an online diary or journal, possibly including photos or videos; but currently use a blog tool which can result in 'untidy' feedback difficult to separate and analyse. The Diary feature keeps response from different days separate, and has no minimum or maximum number of questions.

In addition, a new question type, 'video upload', will require the user to upload or take a video as the response - whether within the Diary feature or as an individual response.
