Eyeota Hires ANZ General Manager

Local audience data provider Eyeota has appointed Peter Hunter as General Manager, ANZ, to lead business in the region and expand the firm's demand and supply side teams.

Peter HunterSingapore-based Eyeota offers access to 'three billion unique profiles' in Europe, APAC and the Americas, based on third party audience data. The firm has partnerships with YouGov, GfK, Kantar Media, Oracle and Ipsos, among others.

Hunter (pictured) joins from audience measurement and real-time advertising specialist Quantcast ANZ, where he worked as Commercial Director, leading the development of the commercial team. Before this, he was National Head of Business Planning at media agency PHD; CEO of digital performance marketing agency iPropsect APAC; and he founded an agency, which he sold to Omnicom Group-owned TBWA in New Zealand.

In his new role, Hunter reports to recently appointed AsiaPac MD, Andrew Tu, who comments: 'With programmatic moving towards being 'mainstream' in the ANZ region, Peter's extensive knowledge and experience partnering with the largest brands and agencies will be critical in helping everyone navigate audience targeting and how best to maximize its impact on their business and commercial goals'.
