Confirmit Promotes Sporton for CX Innovation Role

In the UK, research software firm Confirmit has promoted Claire Sporton to the newly created role of SVP, Customer Experience Innovation, responsible for ensuring clients receive the expertise and technology required to support their CX programmes.

Claire SportonConfirmit provides a range of survey software products from data collection and panel management through to reporting, for use in MR, customer experience and employee engagement programmes. Sporton joined in 2011 as Director, Customer Experience Management, with a background that included developing and implementing customer feedback programmes, CRM strategies and systems, and client retention initiatives. She was previously Client Account Manager at customer loyalty specialist Satmetrix Systems; before which, she spent more than a decade at insurance firm Aon, latterly as Director of Client Engagement.

In addition to driving new strategies in CX methodologies, Sporton will work alongside Confirmit's R&D and Product Management teams, while taking on responsibility for Confirmit Empower, the firm's own Voice of the Customer programme.
