MetrixLab Hires MEA Leader, Plans Dubai Opening

Online research and marketing analytics firm MetrixLab has appointed Danny Mendonca in the newly created role of Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and says it will open an office shortly in Dubai, in response to strong client demand.

MetrixLab merged with Japanese online specialist Macromill in 2014, is headquartered in Rotterdam and San Francisco, and has fifteen offices across the US, Europe and Asia. On Friday the company announced four new Client Directors, based in the UK.

Mendonca (pictured) joins this week and takes charge of further expanding the company's footprint in the region - he will be based in Dubai. Before joining, he spent more than a decade at Nielsen, most recently as Regional Innovation Leader for Middle East and Africa.

He reports to Thijs Elias, EVP Global Growth, who comments: 'We're delighted to have someone of Danny's caliber spearhead our offer here.
