MaritzCX Names Petrey European COO

In London, customer experience software and solutions firm MaritzCX has named Chase Petrey as its new European COO, replacing Oliver Kipp who recently transferred to the position of Chief Customer Officer.

Since 2015, Petrey (pictured) has been VP, Asia Pacific, based in Sydney, Australia. In this role, he co-founded the APAC operations, which included setting up the Australian office, recruiting and hiring all staff, and developing a five-year APAC growth strategy. Before this, he spent a year on secondment at marketing services business Salmat, having previously been MartizCX Solutions Consultant (prior to the firm's acquisition of customer and employee feedback software provider Allegiance).

In his new role, Petrey is responsible for a number of divisions including Platform Services, Marketing Sciences, Client Success, Creative Services, and the Contact Centre. He replaces Kipp, who moved into the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer last month.
