Mopinion Rolls Out In-App Feedback SDK

Netherlands-based customer feedback analysis specialist Mopinion has launched an SDK for companies collecting feedback in iOS and Android apps. Users will get more customisation options, better targeting based on in-app user behaviour, and more advanced analysis.

Kees WoltersThe company provides SaaS services to collect and analyse online feedback for web sites and mobile apps. A year ago, it launched a tool for visual feedback, allowing web site visitors to pinpoint specific page elements such as forms, images, buttons or paragraphs, and provide feedback on them.

Mopinion says the new SDK provides 'many important functionalities that other existing SDKs lack', for example 'well-known customer experience KPIs (such as NPS), dynamic and easy-to-edit feedback forms, triggering options and in-app notifications based on specific user behaviour / events'. Users can also take a screenshot from the app to illustrate a point, and sent it with the feedback.

The new tool also integrates with a wider all-in-one solution for collecting and analysing feedback on all digital channels including web sites, mobile web and email - bringing them all together in a customisable dashboard with, among other features, text and sentiment analysis.

Co-founder Kees Wolters (pictured) says of the launch: 'The constant and ever-increasing demand for a smooth mobile experience is defining the digital strategy of many businesses today, pushing them to take action and make improvements to their mobile apps continuously. As a result, in-app feedback has gained a lot of ground in the market as it enables these digital-first businesses to obtain meaningful insights - directly from their customers - into the mobile experience'.
