Duffy to Leave Ipsos MORI for King's College Role

Bobby Duffy, MD of Ipsos MORI's Social Research and Corporate Reputation Units (SRCR), is leaving in September to take on a policy role at King's College London. He will be replaced by Deputy MD of Public Affairs, Kelly Beaver.

Bobby Duffy and Kelly BeaverDuffy joined MORI in 1994, was seconded to the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit in 2001, and became MD of the Social Research Institute in 2009. He has been Global Director, Ipsos Social Research Institute for more than eight years, leading a team of 190 researchers in London, Edinburgh, Belfast and Manchester and serving as global lead for Ipsos' overall social research, covering 30 countries. Since 2012, he has been a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King's.

Beaver has been with the company since 2011, before which she worked in PwC's Research Strategy and Policy Group, and The Evaluation Partnership (later Coffey International Development). Earlier, she served as one of four Directors who led the professional body for evaluators in the UK (UKES). In her new role, she will lead Ipsos MORI's SRCR business which services government, wider public sector clients, civil society and academia.
