Analysys Mason Buys AMI-Partners
IT / telecoms insight specialist the Analysys Mason Group has acquired New York-based, ICT-focused global research and consulting firm AMI-Partners, for an undisclosed sum.
 Founded in 1996, AMI-Partners specialises in go-to-market opportunity assessment, tracking buying behavior, customer segmentation, channel partner ecosystem dynamics and sales enablement enhanced with predictive analytics. The firm uses primary research-based trackers and a global market sizing model that encompasses more than 75 million data points, to study and report on ICT market trends among global SMBs (small medium businesses).
Analysys Mason - which has its head office in London, and locations in the US and across Europe and Asia - says the acquisition will complement and extend its own research portfolio.
