Former Isobar Researcher Charged with Indecent Assault

Jeremy Pincus, VP Research and Strategy at Dentsu Aegis Network's digital marketing agency Isobar, has left the agency after being arrested at work on charges of indecent assault and battery, and lewd and lascivious conduct while traveling on a commuter train in Boston.

Jeremy PincusAccording to online publication AdWeek, Pincus (pictured) was arrested by MBTA Transit Police in April, after two women who had been on the train claimed that a man had been standing facing them while holding his phone in a way indicating he was taking photographs of them, while 'gyrating' his groin area so it came into contact with the arm and upper torso of one of the women.

One of the women took a photo of Pincus which she gave to the MBTA Transit Police, who investigated the claims before arresting him at Isobar's Needham, Mass. offices last week. When shown the photograph, Pincus positively identified himself as being the person depicted. He has now been released with no monetary bail and ordered to stay off MBTA trains.

Before joining Isobar in 2016, Pincus worked for Forbes Consulting for sixteen years. Isobar spokeswoman Jackie Berte said the company was previously unaware of the allegations against Pincus, and confirmed he is no longer an employee of the company. His next scheduled court date is October 18th.
