Cuebiq Hires Leader for its 'Data for Good' Program

In the US, location intelligence specialist Cuebiq has appointed Brennan Lake as Program Director of its 'Data for Good' initiative - which gives researchers at universities and nonprofit organizations insights to drive innovation in community causes.

Brennan LakeCuebiq provides 'geo-behavioral audiences' for cross-platform ad targeting, real-time campaign optimization and footfall attribution tools, as well as off-line location analytics. Data for Good projects under development to date have included improving quality of life in underserved communities, natural disaster response and smart city development.

Brennan (pictured) joins after serving as co-Director of non-profit The Technology Exchange Lab (TEL), which drives the application of technology solutions to problems of poverty. While with TEL, Brennan grew the organization through partnerships with institutions such as MIT, The United Nations and USAID, in addition to multiple international NGOs. Earlier, he lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he co-founded Wobiz, a SaaS eCommerce platform for small businesses in Latin America.

In his new role, Brennan will be responsible for developing partnerships with universities and non-profit organizations to collaborate on Data for Good initiatives, while overseeing the program.
