David ZotterZotter (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' online research and panels experience. The past nine were spent at SSI, where as a member of the Global Executive team he was responsible for leading and evolving the IT engineering strategy, working in partnership with internal/external stakeholders and third-party service providers. During his time with the firm, he expanded the engineering team from five to more than 100 software developers across three centers in Connecticut, California and Hungary. For decades, it feels like, I have been admiring from afar Ipsos' capabilities, professionalism, and unparalleled reputation. To be asked to take responsibility for the continuation and expansion of that singular legacy is the highest compliment I could possibly be paid'.
