J.D. Power Partners with Reputation.com and ClickFox

J.D. Power has announced alliances with social media and review site analyst Reputation.com, and with customer journey analytics firm ClickFox.

Bernardo RodriguezThe alliances combine J.D. Power's consumer research, data analytics and advisory capabilities with Reputation.com's social media analysis technology and ClickFox's analysis of billions of customer interactions.

The partners say the result will be a unified customer experience data solution for B2C enterprises around the world, allowing them to capture, consolidate and deeply analyze customer feedback from survey research, online consumer reviews, social media posts and other sources in a unified, integrated platform.

Reputation.com focuses on large enterprises, offering a 360-degree view of online reputation and customer sentiment and promising them the ability to manage 'every aspect' of the online and onsite customer experience. ClickFox's platform analyses billions of cross-channel customer journey interactions at the world's largest companies in financial services, energy, retail, healthcare and insurance, connecting the data to build a picture of sequential customer journeys over time.

Rodriguez says the ClickFox deal will allow J.D. Power 'to drill into the next level of detail across omni-channel interactions to identify moments where we can lift the customer experience'. ClickFox CEO Marco Pacelli adds: 'Our daily consumer experiences can be translated into journeys, and this alliance ensures that journeys of the future will deliver the best experience for all types of human interactions'.

J.D. Power, fifty this year and currently part of the XIO Group, is headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, and has offices serving North/South America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
