Lucid Strengthens Leadership Team

Programmatic sample platform Lucid has appointed Carl Sparks as a Board Director, while former Tesla talent chief Gabrielle Toledano will lead the firm's newly created Board of Advisors.

Lucid's platform and services unite buyers and sellers of survey sample in more than 90 countries. The firm is headquartered in New Orleans, with offices in London, New York, Gurgaon and Sydney. Sparks, who currently serves on the Boards of ActionIQ, Avis Budget Group and Dunkin brands, joins the Board with operational experience from marketplace companies including Hotels.com, Expedia and Travelocity. Toledano served as Chief People Officer at Tesla, leading HR, Facilities, Security, and Environment, Health and Safety globally and reporting directly to CEO Elon Musk - until leaving the company two months ago. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Glu Mobile, Visier Inc. and TalentSky.
