NPD Promotes Krafft to Senior Home Improvement Role

Retail data specialist The NPD Group has promoted Shay Krafft to lead its US Home Improvement Business.

Prior to joining NPD in 2017, Krafft (pictured) spent nearly five years at Walmart, latterly as a Director, and initially as Senior Manager of Strategy & Enablement. Earlier, she worked for consumer products company Helen of Troy as National Account Manager and was a Category Analyst at beverage solutions provider Cliffstar, having begun her career as Sales Analyst at durable goods wholesaler J. Sotkin & Co.

She brings in-depth product lifecycle and project management expertise with branded, private label, and licensed product experience. In her new role she takes responsibility for overseeing NPD's newly developed US home improvement and major home appliance service, as well as related product offerings.
