P\S\L Hires Carata as Instar Europe Director

In London, healthcare research specialist P\S\L Group has hired Cristiana Carata (née Artenie) as Director for Europe in its healthcare tracking and testing business Instar.

Instar offers custom-assembled virtual panels and proprietary advanced analytics techniques to enable clients to test, track and enhance the elements that drive a brand's performance. Carata (pictured) spent the past nearly eight years at Adelphi Research, latterly as Associate Director and Behavioural Insights Lead, specialising in applying insights from behavioural economics and cognitive sciences to healthcare. Earlier, she was Market Research Project Manager at AIESEC and worked for Synovate as an RE, with a focus on the Censydiam model.

In her new role, Carata will work with clients' MR, Business Intelligence and Brand teams, to develop tracking and testing solutions.
