Jibunu Hires VP of Client Success

MR technology firm Jibunu has appointed Estuardo Torres as Vice President of Client Success, based in Chicago.

Jibunu, which was founded in 2003, develops database-driven online data collection and survey programming technology, which aims to combine good respondent experience with practicality for researchers. Torres (pictured) joins with more than 21 years of online healthcare market research, analytics, and consulting experience. Most recently, he worked at ZS Associates as Research Support Group Manager, leading the Research Support Team that services the Customer Insights Organization and Business Consulting Group. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Medefield, and spent thirteen years at Epocrates, latterly as Regional VP, Market Research.

In his new role, Torres will support both existing and new client relationships. Company President Ken Berry, who has known Torres for thirteen years, says the appointment 'affirms our commitment to attracting industry-leading talent and deepening our client relationships'. He adds: 'Estuardo has a natural aptitude to help people and solve problems'.
