PA Buys CX Agency We Are Friday
PA Consulting has acquired customer experience (CX) design and engineering agency We Are Friday, for an undisclosed sum. The firm's services include user research, competitor and market analysis, and benchmarking.
 London-based We Are Friday also helps global organisations re-interpret and design their CX strategies, improve the technology behind their organisation and develop the capability to better manage their technology themselves. It offers brand and design analysis, digital maturity benchmarking, and a proprietary Target Customer Experience process whose uses include proposition and new product development.
PA acquired customer insight and strategy consultancy Sparkler in May, and innovation strategy and product design agency Essential Design in October. Jiten Kachhela (pictured), who leads PA Consulting's Digital team, comments: 'We are absolutely delighted to welcome the Friday team to PA.
