Strive Adds Four to London Team
In London, Strive Insight has added four new members to its team: Sofia Savage as Associate Director, Alice Cappelli and Benjamin Darnell as Research Managers, and Kulay Labitigan as Narrative Designer.
 Launched in 2015 by former Incite directors Paul Thomas and David Walker, and researcher Giuseppe Tonolini, Strive works for clients across the telecoms, technology, financial services, utilities, media, luxury and drinks sectors. Savage joins after five years at Decidedly (formerly Freshminds), where she latterly served as Senior Consultant. Prior to this, she was an SRE at YouGov, having begun her career at Cambridge Market Research as a JRE.
Cappelli joins from book publishing group Hachette where she was Group Insight Executive, and before this was a researcher at brand specialist The Nursery Research and Planning. Darnell joins from content creation company CreativeDrive, where he worked as a Strategist, prior to which he was a Strategy & Analytics Executive at GroupM-owned data and measurement-driven agency Essence. Labitigan has almost a decade of design experience and an MA from Central Saint Martins.
