ACTIVATE Adds Sentiment Analysis to Influencer Platform

Influencer marketing specialist ACTIVATE has added several new features to its platform, including a sentiment analysis tool for social media comments.

Nicholas Vincent DiSantoBased in New York City, the company offers access to an opt-in network of more than 150,000 vetted and authenticated influencers, and helps organizations measure and analyze the impact of those individuals who are relevant to their brands. The platform also enables clients to work with curated communities of creators, and pinpoint niche groups of influencers through its geo-targeting and micro-survey capabilities.

The updated platform now offers a 'Sentiment Analysis' solution, which uses machine learning to analyze the sentiment generated by posts on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook content, with comments scored across eight emotive axes. It also features 'Influencer Relationship Management' (IRM), providing a dedicated hub through which brands and agencies can centralize their database of influencers and manage long-term relationships; and 'Casting Decks', which eliminates the need to manually compile influencer data, collate images and copy and paste reach and engagement numbers.

CTO Nicholas Vincent DiSanto (pictured) comments: 'Building and managing relationships with influencers can be extremely time-consuming. These new tools streamline operations and help marketers deliver real, measurable value while also scaling efficiently, allowing our clients to focus on cultivating relationships and collaborating on creative strategy'.
