First Insight Opens Offices in UK and India

US-headquartered real-time consumer behavior specialist First Insight has opened offices in London, UK and Chennai, India. The firm has also added twelve new currencies and ten new languages to its Customer-Centric Merchandising platform.

Greg PetroThrough this platform, retailers and brands can incorporate the 'Voice of the Customer' into the design, pricing, planning, and marketing of new products. The solution gathers real-time consumer data and applies predictive analytic models to create insights. Merchants use it as a tool to understand what consumers value and will ultimately want to buy; while marketers use it to gain insight into customer demographic information, enabling targeted marketing for new products.
