Ipsos Adds HR Head, Names 'Generation Ipsos' Leader

Ipsos has hired former AIG senior HR exec Debi Lee as President, Human Resources Head for North America; while SVP Kristen Kehoe has been promoted to lead its 'Generation Ipsos' Analyst Development Program for entry-level researchers.

Debi Lee and Kristen KehoeLee joins the company after nearly four years at insurance giant AIG, where she served as Senior HR Strategic Business Partner. Prior to this, she worked for multinational investment bank JPMorgan Chase as Global Head of Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives; and she held HR leadership and consultancy roles at Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank and American Express. Her areas of expertise include management consulting, people analytics, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, change management, and talent management.

Separately, Kehoe adds her new responsibilities after more than sixteen years in a variety of positions with the group. She will now design and manage the newly expanded 'Generation Ipsos' program, which underpins the company's commitment to helping new graduates jumpstart their careers in the market research sector.

Kehoe reports to Carrie Shea, Chief Transformation Officer for North America; while Lee will report directly to Pierre Le Manh, Ipsos Global Deputy CEO and Ipsos North America CEO. Commenting on the news, Le Manh said: 'Debi Lee is an exciting leader for our HR team, bringing world-class expertise from within and outside our industry.
