Data Integration Firm Improvado Raises Super Seed Funding

San Francisco-based data integration platform Improvado has raised $8m in a 'super seed' funding round, which it will use to support both continued product development and its go-to-market expansion.

Improvado's platform was built to connect and consolidate data from different sources into one central repository, without the need for engineering support. Integrations include more than 150 marketing platforms, such as Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and Salesforce, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.

The firm's new funding has been led by Bullpen Capital, Cabra.vc and IAdata, alongside a group of angel investors which includes Google and Oracle executives, and the founders of LiveRamp, MediaMath, BlueKai and Pubmatic.
