Ipsos Hires Mackey to Lead North American UX Business

In New York, Ipsos has appointed Peter Mackey as Executive Vice President and Head of its User Experience (UX) and Human Factors (HF) practice.

Mackey (pictured) joins from consumer insights solution Wizer Feedback, where he served as Head of Strategic Innovation. Before this, he worked for online qual specialist Invoke as Chief Research Officer; and he spent more than six years at Hall & Partners, latterly as CEO New York. Earlier he was MD of Greenfield Consulting Group.

In his new role, Mackey will lead a team of more than 70 user experience, human factors and human machine interface experts.
