Havas Buys UX Consultancy Think Design

Marcoms giant Havas Group has acquired India-based user experience (UX) consultancy Think Design. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2004, Think Design now has five design centres in India and the US - Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Denver. Its team of 125 specialists provide insight-driven UX design strategy to help clients with their customer experience programmes: capabilities span primary user research, consulting, design and technology. Following the sale, Think Design will continue to be led by co-founders Deepali Saini, Hari Nallan and Rama Aleti, and will become part of Havas India.
