Julian Hadfield Leaves Resources Group

Co-founder Julian Hadfield has left UK- and Australia-based specialist MR recruiter Resources Group, and retired from recruitment after nearly thirty years.

Hadfield began his career working as a market researcher before joining Resources Group - then called Personnel Resources - in 1990. In 1994 he and co-Director Steven Marshall bought out the business from its parent company and they continued to develop the business as a specialist recruitment firm for market research, insights and analytics.

The company rebranded as Resources Group and in 2010 established their Australian/APAC office in Sydney. Marshall remains at the helm of the group with Deborah Lewis leading the UK business and Rowan Haylett leading the APAC offer from Sydney.

Hadfield says of the decision: 'After nearly 30 years in recruitment, it's time to explore other career interests. I leave a thriving business in good hands and I look forward to cheering the team at Resources Group on to greater heights as they continue to provide market-leading expertise to research professionals and employers, as they have done over the last three decades'.
