Ipsos Hires CX Leader

Ipsos has named Michele Booth, previously of consultancy firms Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, as Head of Advisory for Customer Experience (CX).

Michele BoothBooth (pictured) will play a critical role supporting clients in the design, activation, and embedding of CX programs, while working closely with the leaders of client organizations. Her ten years plus of management and technology consultancy experience has been focused on technology, media and entertainment, telecoms, retail and consumer products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.

Ipsos says the hire reflects its 'total commitment to understanding the depth and breadth of the human experience, and using this acquired knowledge to bring actionable truths to clients'.
