Ipsos Hires Market and Brand Strategy Leader

Ipsos has appointed former Kantar exec Chris Murphy as President, Market Strategy and Understanding, leading its business focused on product development and activation.

Chris MurphyMurphy brings more than 25 years' experience in brand building, analytics and insights, most recently from Kantar North America where he was Chief Client Officer. Earlier he was President of Millward Brown Analytics - which housed the Marketing Science and MaPS teams - and Managing Partner of the Market Sciences & Innovation Group. Before this he led Corporate Brand Strategy / Implementation and Insights & Analytics at Verizon, after spells supply side at MARC Research and US West. He holds a BA in economics from Furman University and a Masters in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia, where he is on the Executive Board.
