nuaxia Adds Enhanced Video Analysis

Healthcare research and marketing services provider nuaxia has announced a number of enhancements to improve the speed and scale by which video data can be captured and analysed.

Peter ChopraFounded in 2016 by former Synovate UK CEO Peter Chopra (pictured), nuaxia combines its AI-driven technology with techniques from behavioural sciences to enable healthcare sector businesses and institutions to capture, analyse and share video-based customer stories. A year after launch, the firm introduced a Video Interviewing service, promising clients access to both its one million members, and any other individual in its profiled database of 5.5 million healthcare professionals. Then last December, the firm upgraded its technology platform, with new features including video analysis and sharing, behavioural economics features and API functionality.

A new visualisation tool has now been launched for summarising and analysing video data, along with a fast clip compilation tool, self-serve admin functionality for clients, and an enhanced 'blurring' function, as well as access to a 'Chatbot 1.0' capability for multi-part video questioning. The new features can be included within any market research survey, allowing clients to access the nuaxia platform while continuing to use their existing research and data collection providers.

Commenting on the news, Chopra said: 'The market research industry has been struggling to properly leverage the value of video-based responses. The key issue driving that is the huge amount of data that video provides. Leveraging our full service experience, we have created impactful and actionable client deliverables.
