Acquisition Unites Dutch Firms
Netherlands-based HR data firm AnalitiQs has announced the acquisition of opinion and market researcher No Ties, an existing partner company which will continue to operate under its own name. Terms were not disclosed.
 No Ties was founded in 1996 and provides fieldwork for MR agencies, corporate and public sector clients. The firms' combined total of twenty data and analytics professionals will operate from one office in Amsterdam, offering an expanded range of services in HR analytics and customer intelligence.
No Ties will continue to operate its inVotes and Peil.nl panels, which provide product and service feedback and social / political opinion respectively; and the firms say its survey platform will now be developed to provide 'a more intuitive experience' as well as adding data management, reporting and analysis services.
AnalitiQs was co-founded in 2012 by Gido van Puijenbroek and Irma Doze. The buy gives the firm its own employee survey platform and labour market panel, directly enhancing its information in these areas but also allowing it to link to data from other sources, such as a customer or HR system. Van Puijenbroek says of the deal: 'We can now better help our customers to listen to the voice of their employees and the labour market. The data collected from surveys can be linked to data from other sources, including customer and HR data. This allows us to provide our clients with even deeper insights'.
