Analytics Buy for Consultancy Aarete

Chicago management consulting firm AArete has acquired Washington, DC- and India-based analytics and digital transformation consultancy Third I, for an undisclosed sum.

AArete's expertise includes rapid optimization of profits and 'humanizing' data by translating numbers into actionable insights, and the company says this buy will strengthen its hand in technology innovation and advanced analytics services.

Third I provides strategy, implementation and support services for clients across sectors from hospitality and healthcare to media and financial, developing and integrating software platforms, including those for analytics, data engineering, custom web & mobile applications. In addition to the US capital, it has offices in in Pune and Hyderabad, India. The Third I name will be retired following the acquisition.
