SoapBoxSample Launches 'Customer Boardroom' Tool
Online sampling and customizable research tool provider SoapBoxSample has launched Customer Boardroom (CBR), which it says offers 'an alternative to traditional online bulletin boards, digital ethnographies, in-depth interviews and customer advisory boards'.
CBR combines a simple interface and presentation of data to form a community where users can gather quick feedback for strategic business decisions. Discussions can be synchronous or asynchronous and led either by a moderator or by participants, and built-in survey features can be used as prompts for breakaway, in-depth discussions with individuals. A 'Backroom Chat' feature allows clients to observe conversations in real time and make suggestions to the moderator directly and anonymously.
The launch complements the group's existing community product, developed by icanmakeitbetter, which includes community health reports, heat maps, live chat, journals, surveys and qual/quant focus groups.
COO Jacqueline Rosales says the new release was 'built to fill a specific niche in the market - a low barrier to entry product for executives who need fast feedback and actionable data from their customers, competitors' customers, or anyone with key insights without the cost or work of having a long term community'.
