ResearchBods Fills New Head of Media Research Role

In the UK, customer data and intelligence provider ResearchBods has hired Frances Revel for its newly created role of Head of Media Research.

Frances RevelLeeds-based ResearchBods offers three main solutions: insight communities, access panels and experience and journey programmes. Last April, the firm partnered with specialist data and analytics agencies Bonamy Finch and start-up LiFE, to create a new group called STRAT7, which aims to help businesses and brands extract new customer insights and interpret them to create 'data driven' strategies.

Revel (pictured) joins ResearchBods from media agency the7stars, where as Insight Team Lead, she was responsible for a team of six researchers involved in projects such as a quarterly consumer tracker, a long-term customer community, and campaign evaluation studies. Earlier, she was Insight Manager at OMD UK, and Senior Insight Executive - EMEA at MediaCom, having begun her MR career at Hall & Partners.

In her new role, reporting to Emily Rutter, Head of Client Services, Revel will work directly with key media clients, and support the business in developing and rolling out its media solutions offering. Co-founder and Director Robin Hilton comments: 'The new position of Head of Media Research reflects our increasing focus on this area. Frances' experience and knowledge will help us to improve our offering to existing clients, as well as make use of emerging technologies and methods to provide new solutions across the business'.
