Former InMoment President Named Voxpopme Chairman

Birmingham, UK-based video analytics firm Voxpopme has brought in former InMoment President Lonnie Mayne as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Lonnie MayneVoxpopme's app collects consumer feedback in the form of video responses direct from mobile phones. Last September, the firm closed a £7.5m ($9m) Series A1 round of equity financing, which it will use to fund further investment in its platform and add to its global team.

Mayne joins the Board with more than 30 years exec leadership experience. He is the founder and CEO of Red Shoes Living, through which he delivers keynote speeches, provides executive and leadership team coaching, and one-on-one performance sessions about how to build successful customer experiences and create high-performing cultures. He previously spent eleven years as President of customer intelligence platform InMoment, and he has been a Voxpopme Board member since January 2019.

According to Voxpopme, Mayne's appointment will help the company achieve its mission to make video the 'preeminent medium' for collecting and sharing feedback on brands, products, and experiences. Dave Carruthers, CEO and founder of Voxpopme, comments: 'Lonnie brings an incredible depth of experience as a former CX/SaaS executive with over fourteen years in the customer experience industry. His knowledge of the space, combined with his track record mentoring and executive coaching across large corporate teams and fast-growing scale-up businesses make him the ideal Chairman to support the next stage of the company's growth'.
