Qualtrics, Korn Ferry Expand Employee XM Partnership

Experience management (XM) company Qualtrics and consulting firm Korn Ferry have ramped up their partnership, to meet the 'evolving employee listening needs' of their clients.

Byrne Mulrooney and John TorreyQualtrics is owned by SAP, and offers solutions including EmployeeXM, through which HR leaders can gather feedback from across the entire employee lifecycle and detect trends in engagement. Over the past year, the firms have worked together to incorporate Korn Ferry's proprietary 'Engaged Performance' framework and research into the Qualtrics XM platform, subsequently designing and implementing employee experience programs for more than 100 customers.

In the coming months the partners will introduce new customer services, including an extension to Qualtrics' Action Planning module. Qualtrics 'Chief Ecosystem Officer' John Torrey (right) adds: 'Our shared vision with Korn Ferry has helped our joint customers quickly realize the business impact of their XM programs, and we will continue to invest in our partnership in new ways to accelerate how we help organizations worldwide'.
